The Elmwood Foundation owns 78 recently refurbished 1-2-3 and 4 bedroom apartments in the Elmwood Neighborhood. The apartments in Elmwood Neighborhood Revitalization I (ENR I) are located in scattered sites in the Elmwood neighborhood. The apartments in Elmwood Neighborhood Revitalization II (ENRII) also include 1-2-3 and 4 bedroom apartments in 12 renovated historic buildings including a new building on Broad Street. ENR I and ENR II are managed by Ferland Properties and are available to low to moderate income families.
